Return Policy: 

Our #1 priority is for you to be satisfied with your order from MJB, so please carefully review the return policy. 

*All eligible returns are issued in the form of store credit.*

Return Time Frame and Process:
You have 7 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. To initiate a return, please email shopmjbboutique@gmail.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item(s) are received and the return has been approved, your store credit will be issued in 3-5 business days, via email.

 Eligible Return Items:
-Must have ALL tags attached
-No smell of perfume, smoke, etc.
-Free of human and animal hair
-Free of makeup marks
-Neatly packaged

Non-Eligible Returns Items:
-Items with a 20% or more discount (including sale & flash sale items)
-Accessories
-Shoes
-Claim Game items

Denied Returns & Restocking Fee:
If returns do not meet these requirements, the return may be denied. If returns are not in the original condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please email shopmjbboutique@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Include a photo of the damaged item in the email.
